Medigram is not a compliance checklist or an audit tool. It is operational infrastructure, commissioned on your premises, with local state persistence and sealed evidence records, making every AI-assisted decision traceable, auditable, and defensible at clinical, regulatory, and financial levels simultaneously.

The distinction matters because AI in high-stakes environments does not wait for governance infrastructure to catch up. The decisions are happening now. The legal exposure is real now. The question is whether the infrastructure that documents and defends those decisions meets the standard that survives scrutiny: from a regulator, a payer, a union, or a court.

Medigram is led by Sherri Douville, who founded and chairs TTIC, the Trustworthy Technology and Innovation Consortium. TTIC maintains independent governance, standards, and decision-making boundaries to preserve the integrity of its consortium activities, and convenes health systems, academic medical centers, and clinical technology leaders who are drawn by a single criterion: the rigor of the work itself.

The governance model TTIC produces is developed by the people who operate in the highest-stakes clinical and regulatory environments in the country. It is not designed by committee for the broadest possible adoption. It is designed to hold under the kind of scrutiny that ends careers and shutters programs. That standard of rigor is what determines who participates and who does not.

That architecture is what Medigram is built on. Not a framework aligned with TTIC's work. Not a product built in its spirit. The model itself, made into production infrastructure. That relationship cannot be replicated by acquiring a standards citation or hiring a compliance team. It is built from years of doing the work.

Why access matters
The organizations that shape governance standards are not open to anyone with a membership fee. They attract leaders who have already earned trust in environments where the cost of getting it wrong is measured in patient outcomes, legal exposure, and institutional reputation.

Healthcare AI governance has attracted vendors who adopt published frameworks and build compliance products around them. That is a legitimate category. But there is a different, urgent category: infrastructure built by the people who wrote the framework, who understand precisely where the framework is enforced and where it is aspirational, and who have the institutional relationships to know what regulators, payers, and health system boards actually need when the pressure arrives.

Medigram operates in the second category. The governance infrastructure it deploys is not built on top of a standard. It is the standard made operational.
